At Milavan, we are committed to providing you with the most efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your Smart Ring arrives safely and promptly.
1. Order Processing & Confirmation

Confirmation Email: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We will begin processing your order immediately.

Tracking Number: After your product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
2. Shipping Details (United States Only)
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States. Please refer to the table below for shipping costs and delivery times:

3. Our Shipping Partners
To ensure fast and secure delivery, all Milavan Smart Ring orders are shipped via trusted carriers, including but not limited to:

4. Important Notes

Total Delivery Time: Please note that the Estimated Delivery Time does not include the 1-2 business days required for order processing.

Peak Seasons: During peak shopping seasons or holidays, processing times may increase by an additional 1-2 business days.

Address Restrictions: Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).

Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. Address changes requested after submission may incur additional fees.

Pre-order Items: If your order contains a pre-ordered Smart Ring, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-ordered item is in stock. We do not support split shipments at this time.

Customs & Duties: While we focus on the US market, in the rare event of unforeseen customs charges, please contact our customer service team.
5. Worry-Free Delivery® Service
For added peace of mind, you can select the "Worry-Free Delivery" option at checkout. This service provides coverage and compensation in the event that your package is lost, damaged, or items are missing during transit.
